What levels do the courses have?

Basic
Intermediate
Advanced
Expert

These levels cater to a range of skill sets, from foundational to highly specialized knowledge. At the moment, Basic and Intermediate courses are available. We are actively working on developing the Advanced and Expert levels to provide a comprehensive learning experience. Stay tuned for updates on their availability!

How do I get assigned to a course?
Can I choose the course I'm interested in?

You are assigned to a specific course by the Product trainers, taking into consideration your work domain and position.

The courses are presented in a special sequence and it’s recommended to follow the sequence to get the whole image and correlations of Digitain Products.

At first, you may go through the General category: Introduction to DGLearn, Business Communication and Jira Management Tool.

Next, you’d better go to the Basic (0) level: Digitain Products Overview and Website Navigation.

Later you will be ready to cover the Intermediate (1st) level courses in the following order: Centrivo Universal, Centrivo Dynamics, DGBuilder, Paydrom, Centrivo Connect/Retail, Sportsbook, Sport Generate, Virtual Sports, Imagine Live, Galaxsys, Relum and finally Product Correlation.

But you also have an opportunity to take the courses you are interested in.

What’s the difference between Digitain Knowledge Base and DGLearn platform?

Digitain Knowledge Base provides full and detailed instructions, guides for utilizing Digitain products, whereas DGLearn offers engaging and level-based courses on the same products, enriched with interactive content, audio features and gamification.

Where do I see my courses?

After you log in, the available course catalog assigned to you will be shown on the main page. In the upper part, you will see courses in progress, training time, badges and certificates.

How do I complete a course?

To successfully complete the course, it is necessary to finish all the units and pass all the quizzes included in it.

What’s the minimum passing score of the test?

The threshold score of the Basic (0) level is 80, for the Intermediate (1st) level it is 70. But these scores may vary for the courses of the Advanced (2nd) level quizzes.

How many times can I retake the test?

The number of retakes isn’t limited. Try until you succeed!

Do I get a certificate when I complete the course?

You will be awarded certificates after successfully completing each course. Of course, the levels of the certificates will change in parallel with the corresponding course levels.

When do I get badges?

You have an opportunity to get two types of badges - learning, and perfectionism which you will receive depending on the number of completed courses and test scores.
